Jujutsu Kaisen Incremental — Boss Farming Guide
Bosses are the most CE-efficient content in Jujutsu Kaisen Incremental and the only source of exclusive Cursed Tool drops. Each boss has a fixed HP pool (scaling slightly with Prestige), a CE entry fee to initiate, and a respawn timer. This guide covers all 5 current bosses (see also Bosses) with full stat tables, drop lists, and the best builds and strategies for each encounter.
Boss farming strategies, CE efficiency, and drop optimization for March 2026.
Jujutsu Kaisen Incremental — Why Boss Farming Beats Regular Combat
Regular enemy combat caps out in CE gain relatively quickly as you level up. Boss fights give 8–15× more CE per time invested than equivalent-time regular combat, plus guaranteed access to unique Cursed Tool drops unavailable anywhere else.
The CE entry fee system creates a risk/reward loop: you burn CE upfront, and earn substantially more if you win. Losing a boss fight means losing the entry fee — so proper build preparation before escalating to the next boss tier is essential.
At Special Grade with an optimized build, Mahoraga currently provides the highest CE/minute in the game (~35,000 CE/min), but requires 80,000 CE upfront and a strong enough build to clear him. For most players, farming Ishigori (30-min respawn, 50k fee) is the most consistent CE-per-hour loop.
Jujutsu Kaisen Incremental — All Bosses
Hiromi Higuruma
The introductory boss. His Deadly Sentencing move can one-shot low-defense builds — it fires reliably on turns 3 and 6. Use Block on those turns. CE Reinforcement (Jujutsu Sorcerer) before engaging boosts both your output and survivability. Any build above Epic CT can clear this consistently.
Yuta Okkotsu
Yuta alternates between Copy and Rika-enhanced strikes. Copied moves deal 40% bonus damage. Prepare Evasion moves for his Rika Unleashed phase on turns 8–12. Assassin style users can burst him down in 6 turns by opening with Shadow Strike (Vulnerable) then chaining all high-damage moves. Rika's Arm is an excellent drop that synergizes with Bleed-focused builds.
Curse: Naoya
Naoya stacks Momentum each turn — by turn 5, his attacks deal 2.5× base. You MUST deal consistent damage to interrupt his reset mechanic before stacks become threatening. High-burst CE builds (Limitless + Jujutsu Sorcerer) can delete him before stacks matter. Alternatively, Stun-chaining with Brawler (Divergent Fist → Ground Slam) completely neutralizes his Momentum by resetting it on Stun. Naoya's Fist Wraps are best-in-slot for Momentum stacking physical builds.
Ryu Ishigori
Ishigori's Cursed Energy Discharge hits for 15% of your max HP — low Endurance builds struggle here. Perfect Body trait (+150 Endurance) dramatically increases survivability. His Stun moves skip your turn on rotation — use Evasion stance before turns 4, 9, and 14. Rock Cannon is one of the best weapons in the game due to Pierce on crit bypassing all Evasion/Block defenses.
Divine General Mahoraga
The current hardest boss. Mahoraga adapts to your move pattern — using the same move 3+ consecutive times causes 50% reduced damage from it. Rotate ALL moves evenly to avoid triggering adaptation. The Mahoraga CT owner gets an inherent +20% damage bonus against him. Use Bleed (Throat Slit + Rika's Arm) during adaptation windows when direct damage is reduced. Budget 15–25 turns minimum. Wheel of Adaptation is a powerful tank tool if you can farm it consistently.
Boss CE Efficiency Comparison
Which boss to farm depends on your current Grade, build strength, and how long you can play per session. This table compares approximate CE/minute at optimized Special Grade builds.
| Boss | CE/min (est.) | Best For | Risk |
|---|---|---|---|
| Higuruma | ~5,000 | Early farming / Mastery grinding | Low |
| Yuta | ~12,000 | Mid game + Rika's Arm hunting | Medium |
| Naoya | ~18,000 | Momentum build + Speed Seal farming | Medium |
| Ishigori | ~25,000 | Best consistent endgame loop | High |
| Mahoraga | ~35,000 | Max CE/min + exclusive wheel drops | Very High |
Boss Farming FAQ
Yes. Boss HP values listed are base (Prestige 0). Each Prestige adds approximately 15–20% to all boss HP pools. However, your damage output also scales multiplicatively with Prestige — so the relative difficulty stays similar as long as you upgrade your build between prestiges.
You lose the CE entry fee. This is why build preparation matters — do not attempt the next boss tier until you're confident you can clear it. Use this Boss Farming Guide and the Bosses page minimum build recommendations as a checklist before escalating.
Yes, but you must wait for the respawn timer after each kill. You can't fight the same boss again until it respawns. This is why Ishigori (30-min timer) is the best endgame loop — the timer is long enough to recover CE between runs.
Yes. Any high-output build (Limitless + Jujutsu Sorcerer + Gojo clan + Six Eyes) can beat Mahoraga. The Mahoraga CT just gets +20% innate damage bonus against him. The key to winning regardless of CT is rotating all moves evenly to avoid triggering full adaptation.
